The proposed project aims at developing STEM education, arousing students' learning interests and enhancing their generic skills through establishing an information technology centre, conducting teacher training programmes and a series of student learning activities.
The project aims at developing a school based junior secondary STEAM education programme, arousing students' interest in learning STEM related subjects and enhancing their creativity, collaboration and problem solving skills. 205 students of the applicant school will benefit from the project activities. The proposed project deliverables include learning and teaching resources, a resource package and students' work.
The project aims at developing a school-based STEM education by strengthening its existing STEM curriculum to arouse students' interest in related subjects and nurture their creativity, collaboration and problem-solving skills. It also aims to enhance teachers' professional capacity in implementing STEM education by means of teacher training.
