The project aims at conducting an early identification exercise among junior-form students to deliver support to those who are less resilient to adversities, as well as delivering primary prevention and secondary intervention services. The deliverables of the project will be the learning and teaching materials and teaching package.
The project aims at raising students' levels of resilience, and enhancing their awareness of their own emotions and skills to manage them through organizing various school-wide and form-based activities, workshops for teachers and parents, as well as identifying and providing support for students with lower levels of resilience.

To enhance students' ability to handle academic pressure and face adversities through various activities such as talks, training groups / camps, social platform and other activities cultivating the caring culture.
The project aims at enhancing students' positive ego, resilience and skills for coping with challenges, with a view to promoting their mental well-being. The project beneficiaries include 960 S1 to S6 students, 1900 parents and 60 teachers.
