The applicant proposes to promote national education and strengthen the commitment of youngsters to their Chinese identity by teaching of the 5 domains of personal, family, social, national and global in Chinese history and culture. Seminar series covering five domains of MNE(Moral and National Education) subject and relevant teaching and learning resources, radio programmes with talks and sharing sessions on national education will be the project outcomes and deliverables.
The project aims at strengthening the art education in the applicant school, elevating P.4 to P.6 students' understanding in their own culture and promoting racial harmony through hiring an artist-in-residence and promoting multi-cultural art education. Students' art-making and learning process-folios and teaching plans are the tangible deliverables of the project.

The project aims at enhancing the learning and teaching of General Studies (GS) through hiring expert facilitators for organizing Life Game for 24 teachers and 600 P.4 to P.5 students in 4 primary schools and developing a school-based GS experiential learning curriculum with lesson materials and assessment methods.
The project aims at improving the school's administrative work and reducing teachers' workload by installing an attendance taking system, a fee-collection systm, a discipline management systm, an e-learning record system and e-mail tools.
