The project aims at arousing students' intrinsic motivation for doing more aerobic exercises, with the help of fitness equipment involving Virtual Reality (VR) technology in a scientific sports training centre / fitness room.
The project aims at enhancing students' positive ego, resilience and skills for coping with challenges, with a view to promoting their mental well-being. The project beneficiaries include 330 P1 to P6 students, 300 parents and 30 teachers.
