The project aims at strengthening students' resilience and emotional management skills, creating a caring and supportive school environment, as well as enhancing teachers' and parents' abilities in supporting the mental well-being of their children through organizing various universal preventive programmes, seminars/workshops for teachers and parents, as well as a 'emotional health ambassador' programme.

The project aims at enhancing students' positive ego, resilience and skills for coping with challenges, with a view to promoting their mental well-being. The project beneficiaries include 350 S1 and S4 students, 20 parents and 70 teachers. A leaflet about the project activities will be produced.
