The project aims at developing students' interests towards music; enhancing teachers' pedagogical skills; and arousing parents' awareness towards Music education through devising musical activities and site visits for students, teachers and parents. Students and their parents as well as teachers of the school will benefit from the project. The tangible deliverables will be the learning and teaching materials developed and the musical tour (音樂嘉年華結業巡禮).
The project aims at enhancing about 10 teachers' professional knowledge and skills in fostering language learning of young children through providing professional training, organising collaborative lesson planning meetings and peer lesson observations for teachers of the applicant school. The learning and teaching materials developed will be the deliverables of the project.
The project aims at facilitating 120 S4 students to develop abilities to understand and reflect on how to resolve a range of issues that Hong Kong people encounter through adopting the self-regulated approach to explore and study the small enterprises, the environmental conservation in Taiwan. 120 Secondary 4 students, 6 teachers will benefit from the project. The tangible deliverables will be a booklet and a DVD.
The project aims at catering for students' learning diversity and enhancing their initiative through producing and sharing self-produced videos for Liberal Studies (LS).
The project aims at promoting self-directed learning skills of about 500 S1-S6 students in the context of Chinese Language, as well as enhancing their Chinese literacy and self-confidence through developing and implementing a school-based Chinese Language curriculum. The deliverables of the project will be the resource package for developing self-directed learning ability among students and an online evaluation platform.
