The project aims at arousing the learning interest of students with special education needs (SEN) and developing their potential and promoting caring and inclusive school culture through organizing seminars for teachers and parents, providing training for parent and student ambassadors for helping SEN students, organizing drama and speaking training for SEN students. For tangible deliverables, a teaching kit on parents' training will be produced.

The deliverables of the project will include teaching materials, video discs of the musical and a publication of students' work.

The project aims at nurturing desirable personality, such as gratitude, virtues and optimism, of S.1 to S.2 students of 9 collaborating schools through organizing exhibitions, parent-child day camps, carnivals and training workshops in positive psychology for teachers, parents and students. For tangible outcome, a teaching package on positive psychology will be developed.
