The project aims at improving the school's administrative work and reducing teachers' workload by installing an integrated platform where students, teachers and parents can communicate, learning and teaching activities can be conducted and administrative work can be handled. In addition, an asset management administrative system will be installed to manage the school's assets and a student learning portfolio system will be installed to compile students' learning outcomes. Finally, a library system will be installed to upgrade the library services.
The project aims at enhancing students' generic skills, biliterate and trilingual proficiency as well as the effectiveness of teaching and learning through diversified campus TV programmes produced by a campus TV station. The videos and teaching packages will be accessible at the school's website.

The project aims at enhancing the understanding of the heritage of the community and arousing the awareness of intangible cultural heritage among 500 students of the applicant school through infusing cultural learning and conducting enquiry project with a cross curriculum approach, organizing both local field trips and study outside Hong Kong. Teacher training workshops will be conducted and support from university expert will be provided. A set of curriculum resource and action research report about cultural heritage of Cheung Chau will be developed in the project.
