The project aims at strengthening students' biliterate and trilingual skills, developing their self-directed learning abilities as well as promoting values education through the establishment of a campus TV station.
The project aims at tailoring the learning topics and content of moral and civic education (MCE) to the needs of students from South Asia in the partner school and enhancing their emotional intelligence, sense of responsibility in students and learning effectiveness as well as providing career education for students. 450 P4-P6 students, all teachers, parents from partner school (YAUMATI KAIFONG ASSOCIATION SCHOOL) and 300 schools with South Asian ethnic students are the target beneficiaries. The project outcomes include bilingual learning and teaching resource packages and 4 video clips.

The project aims at promoting 390 junior secondary students' learning interest, enhancing learning effectiveness, building teachers' capacity as well as catering for learner diversity through developing a school-based English curriculum that incorporates tailor-made e-resources for S1-S3 students. The deliverables include the revised S1-S3 school-based English curriculum, 12 modules of e-learning resources and a resource package with three sets of teacher training PPT presentations and demo lesson videos.
