Aims and objectives: - This two-year project aims at helping students build up their resilience to adversities through primary prevention and secondary support strategies. Beneficiaries: - Students: 34 to 46 over two years in secondary support (First year: 20 to 28 S1 to S3 students; Second year: 14 to 18 S1 students) - Teachers: 67 Deliverables: - Resources for the S1 and S4 Personal Growth Education (PGE) Lessons and project details about the secondary support programme
The proposed project aims at promoting students' mental wellness in school through the provision of a series of support services for students to facilitate their understanding and management of self; regulating emotions; developing social and emotional skills; and building resilience in order to overcome difficulties and adversity in life.
The project aim at enhancing students' mental well-being with the adoption of strength –based approach and positive psychology. All F.1-F.6 students will be the targets. Project deliverables include a leaflet on “A road to Positive Life” and an exhibition of students' works.
