The project aims at enhancing the school's moderately intellectually disabled (MoID) students' learning by installing interactive whiteboards to arouse their learning motivation and interest.
The project aims at promoting higher order thinking, creativity and collaborating skills of about 320 gifted primary and secondary students through organizing a series of video art production and critique programmes and an open video art production and critique competition (香港錄像藝術評賞與創作比賽) under the theme of “Nature and the City” (城市與自然). The project deliverables include a trainer manual, a project website and a DVD for promoting/disseminating the project activities/outcome.
The project aims at nurturing students' creativity, critical thinking and communication skills through developing a school-based English Curriculum with e-Learning platform.
The project aims at enhancing junior secondary students' attitude, motivation and generic capacity for learning mathematics through developing 20 in-service teachers' skills and strategies for designing rich tasks and collaborative learning in 10 to 15 secondary schools. The tangible deliverable will be a teacher development package for rich tasks and collaborative learning.
The project aims at promoting students' awareness and transmission of intangible cultural heritage (ICH) in support of Liberal Studies and Other Learning Experiences through organising briefing seminars for 40 secondary schools and a series of training workshops for students and teachers of the entries teams in the ICH competitions, as well as 15 thematic talks and 1 carnival on ICH which are also open to the public; and arranging 40 community services for students to promote ICH to the elderly and young children; thereby, 10 sets of teaching manuals will be generated and uploaded onto a project website.
