The project aims at developing the four language skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing) of about 85 kindergarten students of the applicant school and enhancing teachers' knowledge and skills in improving the design and implementing the school-based language curriculum through organising professional training, coordinating collaborative lesson planning and conducting peer lesson observations. The deliverables of the project will be the learning and teaching materials.

The project aims at improving the learning and teaching of Values Education in Hong Kong classrooms and cultivating teachers' professional development in Values Education through developing a Values Education programme for students and professional development activities for teachers. 255 teachers from the Main Study Schools and the Network Schools, 2000 students and 4000 parents of the Main Study Schools will benefit from the project. The project outcomes include a Values Education programme with teaching plans and learning and teaching materials.
