The project aims at developing art education and providing learning and sharing platforms to students at different corners of the school premises; strengthening co-operation among subject panels and teams; and establishing a collaborative and sharing culture with the application of new technologies.
The project aims at optimizing the cross-curricular learning of different key learning areas (KLAs), integrating design thinking, engaging in experiential learning, using electronic and digital resources, and tools of innovative technology to stimulate students' learning interest through interactive modes and help students become hands-on makers; and promoting teachers' abilities in using innovative technology to enhance the learning and teaching effectiveness.
The project aims at enhancing students' self-directed learning skills and interests in reading, providing support to students with the special education needs on reading and enhancing the effectiveness in resources management. 800 students and 60 teachers from the applicant school will benefit from the project activities. The project deliverables include the learning and teaching resources and two mobile applications.
The project aims at providing authentic and real-life experiences to students in applying STEM-related knowledge and skills; enhancing students' creativity, problem-solving skills through engaging them with hands on activities; catering students' learning diversity; promoting teachers' competence in developing innovative learning and teaching resources.
The project aims at developing a school-based programme on computational thinking and enhancing students' creativity, collaboration and problem solving skills. 210 P3 students, 30 teachers and 1300 parents of the junior primary school students will benefit directly from the project activities. The proposed deliverables include learning and teaching materials, resource package and students' work.
