The project aims at raising students' levels of resilience, and enhancing their awareness of their own emotions and skills to manage them through organizing various school-wide and form-based activities, workshops/talks for teachers, as well as identifying and providing support for students with lower levels of resilience.
The project aims at helping students build up their resilience to adversities through primary prevention and secondary intervention strategies as well as enhancing teachers' and parents' awareness on the mental well-being of their children through organising talks and workshops.

To enhance students' ability to handle academic pressure and face adversities through various activities such as talks, training groups / camp, voluntary services and other activities cultivating the caring culture. Beneficiaries: Students – 400 (S1 – S4) Teachers – 15 Parents – 45
