The project aims at instilling healthy lifestyle habits in both students and teachers through strengthening the school-based Physical Education (PE) curriculum at junior secondary level and setting up a fitness room in school for conducting a variety of physical fitness activities.
The project aims at creating a smart campus to facilitate the implementation of STEM education through strengthening relevant school-based curriculum, enhancing teachers' professional development and provision of suitable tools and environment for conducting STEM activities.
The project aims at developing a school based junior secondary STEM education programme, arousing students' interest in learning STEM related subjects and enhancing their creativity, collaboration and problem-solving skills. Moreover, the project will enhance teachers' professional capacity in implementing STEM education through the teachers' development programmes. 370 students and 53 teachers from the applicant school will benefit from the proposed activities. The project deliverables include learning and teaching resources as well as students' work.
The project aims at promoting self-directed learning through developing e-learning materials by using electronic interactive whiteboards in various subjects. 750 students and 58 teachers of the school will directly benefit from the project activities. Project deliverables are the learning and teaching resources developed.
