The project aims at enhancing teachers' competency of the applicant school in designing fitness activities and parents' awareness on the importance of fitness by providing teacher support on designing fitness curriculum, conducting training programmes and parents' talks. About 102 K.1 to K.3 students, 12 teachers and 204 parents are the direct beneficiaries. The tangible deliverable will be the learning and teaching materials.

The project aims at enhancing school-based life education curriculum among three partnership schools of different backgrounds by strengthening their professional team and fostering home-school cooperation in life education with the provision of systematic training for parents. A new pedagogical approach of sharing life stories in school to stimulate students' thinking and reflection will be adopted. The project deliverables will be videos and a sharing booklet of the project activities.
