The project aims at raising junior form students' levels of resilience and stress management skills, enhancing teachers' and parents' awareness on the mental well-being of their children through organizing a student seminar, teacher and parent workshops, as well as identifying and providing support for those students with lower levels of resilience.
The project aims at enhancing students' positive ego, resilience and skills for coping with challenges, with a view to promoting their mental well-being. The project beneficiaries include 160 S1 students, their parents and 70 teachers. Two newsletters about the proposed project activities will be produced.
