The project aims at promoting reading through the provision of an IT platform, tablet PCs, sharing of reading materials and implementing cross-curricular learning activities.
The proposed project aims at enhancing non-Chinese Speaking (NCS) students' Chinese language proficiency, through the establishment of an e-learning platform to support their after-school enrichment learning and extended learning.
The project aims at fostering children's imagination, expression and learning through introducing a new story-telling method named Rudolf Steiner to cater for children's psychological and emotional needs. 100 children, 8 teachers and 150 parents of the applicant kindergarten will benefit from the project. Learning and teaching resources are the tangible deliverables.
The project aims at developing about 100 kindergarten children's sensory-perceptual function and language ability through enhancing teachers' and parents' knowledge in designing appropriate motor exercises and language learning activities for young children. A school-based curriculum for developing students' motor skills and language ability as well as the tool for evaluating children's development in the above mentioned areas will be developed in this project.
The project aims at improving the physical and cognitive development of 480 K.1 to K.3 students of the applicant school through integrating sensory integration training into the school-based physical play curriculum and providing individual/ group training to students with special educational needs (SEN). The tangible deliverables will be the learning and teaching materials/kit to be produced.
