The project aims at enhancing students' positive ego, resilience and skills for coping with challenges, with a view to promoting their mental well-being. The project beneficiaries include 800 S1 to S6 students, 400 parents and 65 teachers. A learning and teaching resource package and some learning and teaching materials about the proposed project activities will be produced.
The project aims at raising students' levels of resilience through various school-wide and form-based activities, providing workshops for teachers and parents as well as identifying and providing support for those students with lower levels of resilience.
The project aims at conducting an early identification exercise among students to deliver support to those who are less resilient to adversities, as well as delivering primary prevention and secondary intervention services. The deliverables of the project will be the learning and teaching materials and teaching package.
The project aims at promoting positive thinking and enhancing students' emotion management skills as well as teachers' and parents' awareness on the mental well-being of their children through organising learning activities and talks.
