The project aims at fostering whole person and positive development of students through cross-curricular project learning and service learning activities. All 256 students of the applicant school will be the target. Teaching and learning packages of the service learning and leadership programme, students' service learning diaries, student learning reports, project learning reports and a DVD of the project highlights will be the project deliverables.
The project aims at enhancing students' creativity, strengthening their language abilities, fostering their multiple intelligences and generic skills as well as improving their learning effectiveness through upgrading the existing campus TV station.
The project aims at enhancing secondary students' confidence to take action for people with out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA) by implementing compression-only Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and automated external defibrillator (AED) training program for them. About 10,800 S2-S4 secondary school students and 60-90 teachers will benefit from the project. The project deliverables include a curriculum for compression-only CPR/AED education, updated and optimized teaching manuals, refined online learning platform and CPR mobile application.
The project aims at enhancing students' creativity and problem-solving skills, as well as teachers' professional capacity in teaching coding and 3D printing through developing a series of school-based learning activities and providing teacher training programmes.
