The project aims at enhancing students' positive ego, resilience and skills for coping with challenges, with a view to promoting their mental well-being. The project beneficiaries include 282 S2 and S4 students, 40 parents and 60 teachers. A leaflet about the project activities will be produced.

The project aims at strengthening students' mental well-being through building positive atmosphere, and enhancing students' resilience towards challenges and adversity.
The proposed project aims at promoting mental health awareness and anti-stigmatisation; enhancing teachers' and parents' understanding towards positive psychology; enhancing parents' knowledge and skills in supporting children in distress, as well as positive communication strategies. The deliverables of the project will be the learning and teaching materials.
