The project aims at enhancing students' positive ego, resilience and skills for coping with challenges, with a view to promoting students' mental well-being. The project beneficiaries include 180 S1-S3 students, 40 parents and 60 teachers. A learning and teaching resources package will be produced.

The project aims at conducting an early identification exercise among junior-form students to deliver support to those who are less resilient to adversities, as well as delivering primary prevention and secondary intervention services.
