This one-month project aims to give students more exposure to music through a seven-day trip to Jeju, South Korea, where they would take part in Jeju International Wind Ensemble Festival (JIWEF). The beneficiaries are 40 S1 to S6 students and 4 teachers. The deliverables will be a DVD containing clips of music sharing and performances during the trip, students' self-evaluation essays, students' presentation materials as well as an inter-school music sharing with other secondary schools in the North District and Yuen Long District.
The project aims to train the muscle strength and endurance of kindergarteners, promote their general physical and mental health as well as enhance their social skills through rope-skipping.
