The proposed project aims at promoting mental health awareness and anti-stigmatisation; enhancing teachers' and parents' understanding towards mental health awareness; enhancing parents' knowledge and skills in supporting children in distress, as well as positive communication strategies.
The proposed project aims at promoting students' mental wellness in school through the provision of a series of support services for students to enhance their self management and help build up their resilience to adversities.
Aims and objectives: - This two-year project aims at helping students build up their resilience to adversities through primary prevention and secondary support strategies. Aims and objectives: The project uses a cross-curricular approach to raise students' ability in appreciating and critiquing poetry, motivate them to write poems and cultivate their interest in literary creation.
