The project aims at promoting self-directed learning to students with Mild Intellectual Disability (MiID) in a special school through two strategies, namely 'goal setting' and 'flipped classroom' approach with the support of information technology (IT), as well as establishing an inter-school learning community with a collaborating mainstream primary school.
The project aims at enhancing teachers' understanding of 'Assessment for Learning' (AfL) through organising school-based training workshops for teachers, training workshops for middle managers as well as class observation. The deliverables of the project will be the school-based assessment tools and peer assessment tools.
The project aims at promoting students' self-learning and catering for learner diversity through the adoption of e-learning and the flipped classroom strategy.
The project aims to help KG teachers develop positive values, attitudes, and behaviour through organising professional development programmes and sharing session. There would be 4 project deliverables, including a 3P model (3P幼師正向生活學習模型), a diary (「點滴」幼師正向生活札記), a sharing (「快樂的花園」分享會) and an e-platform (網上分享交流平台).
The project aims at honing students' self-directed learning skills and interests in reading Chinese books. The deliverables of the project will be the learning and teaching materials developed.
