The proposed project aims at promoting students mental health through the use of positive psychology to reduce stigmatization and enhancing students' engagement in the activities, as well as strengthening the connectedness among students by encouraging a helping atmosphere. The deliverables of the project will be the teaching package.

Aims and objectives: The project aims at helping students build up their resilience to adversities through primary prevention and secondary support strategies. Beneficiaries: - Students: Primary prevention: about 600 (S1 to S6) / Secondary support: about 45 (S2: 25 and S3: 20) - Teachers: about 50 Deliverables: - Newsletters / booklets on positive life, resilience and help-seeking information (好精神資訊/刊物)

Beneficiaries: - Students: Primary prevention: about 900 (S1 to S6) / Secondary support: about 20 (S1 and S2 and/or S3) / Booster programme: 10 out of 24 students who are the beneficiaries of the secondary support in last year's project - Teachers: about 60 (but no project activities would benefit teachers directly) - Parents: about 30 (but no project activities would benefit parents directly) Deliverables: - Resource booklet - Newsletters / booklets on positive life, resilience and help-seeking information (好精神資訊/刊物)
