The proposed project aims at developing children's curiosity and enhancing their interests in learning through theme-based exploration. The project beneficiaries include 92 K1-K3 children, 184 parents, 13 teachers from the applicant school.
The proposed project aims at promoting health education and enhancing teachers' capacity and confidence in implementing related activities at schools through developing a manual on health education, learning and teaching packages as well as a website.
The project aims at strengthening students' self-confidence, perseverance, health and fitness as well as sports skills through developing a resource pack on sports climbing and conducting sports climbing activities in PE lessons.
The project aims to promote student mental wellness in school through the provision of a series of support services for students to facilitate their understanding and management of self; regulating emotions; developing social and emotional skills; and building resilience in order to overcome difficulties and adversity in life. The project beneficiaries include 800 S1 to S6 students (mainly for S1 to S4 students), teachers and parents. The deliverables include a 2-hour training session for teachers/social workers each year and a set of reference materials for Personal Growth Education lessons.
