The project aims at developing students' potential in creative arts and nurturing them to possess good characters through engaging Primary 4 to Primary 6 students from six schools, including the applicant school, in producing and performing three Cantonese musicals, one for each level from P4 to P6. The deliverables of the project will include teaching resources, microfilms and digital video discs (DVDs) of the musicals. Moreover, professional learning community among the six project schools will be set up.
The project aims at developing students' values judgment competency and respect for others through adopting a clarification approach in discussion of daily life events. Around 600 Primary 6 students from 5 participating schools will benefit from the project. The tangible deliverables are the learning and teaching package and DVD for the project materials.
The project aims at developing students' creativity through the use of interactive activities, an e-Learning platform, software and tablet PCs in the S1 English Language (Eng), S1 Integrated Science (IS) and S4 Information and Communication Technology (ICT) lessons.
The proposed project aims at developing positive values and attitudes in students, promoting inclusive culture of peace and enhancing the learning and teaching of global issues in schools. 1500 students and 20 teachers of the five participating schools will benefit from the project. A package of learning and teaching materials on Liberal Studies and website containing the resources will be developed.
The project aims at developing positive life values and attitudes to respect and care for others among 90 Primary 4 students of the applicant school through various activities like picture-book story-telling, community services and study trips in Taiwan, etc. A DVD and relevant learning and teaching materials will be produced.
