The project aims at facilitating the understanding of healthy diet and physical fitness of about 680 students, 150 parents and 43 teachers in the applicant school and alleviating the problem of obesity of the students through a series of physical fitness training and healthy diet activities. The tangible deliverable will be a leaflet containing prize-winning recipes of healthy diet and information on fitness exercises.
The project aims at promoting family harmony, healthy lifestyle and morality of the 1215 students and their parents in the 10 kindergartens under the same management organization (YWCA) through a series of activities around Family Wellness Vitamins (家庭健康維他命) of Vitamin E (enjoyable time together), Vitamin A (appreciation and affection) and Vitamin P (positive communication). The tangible deliverables will be a manual, a handbook of Family Wellness Indicators (「家庭健康」表現指標) and students' activity records (活動冊).
The project aims at enhancing learning and teaching of students in senior forms who have taken Physical Education as an elective subject under the NSS curriculum, improving the training facilities and promoting better sport performance and greater participation in long-distance run and jogging through laying tartanrunning track with embedded RFID Race Timing System at the applicant school. Deliverables include the establishment of a comprehensive and long-term track training program and developing a teaching tool through the up-to-standard running track with the use of the embedded RFID Race Timing System
The project aims at helping 1900 junior secondary students of the 9 particpating schools to explore their personalities, abilities and interests and set up personal goals for future planning by applying drama-in-education in life planning education. In addition, it intends to enhance the skills of 90 teachers of the collaborating schools in teaching and designing life planning education lessons using drama-in-education approach. The tangible deliverable will be a teaching kit "應用戲劇教學法於生涯規劃-初中篇".
The project aims at developing students' positive values and the ability to make reasonable value judgment through the production of a film on positive synergy. The tangible deliverable will be a film on positive synergy produced by the students and teachers of the 5 participating schools as well as a learning booklet on using film-making for educational purpose.
