The project aims at enhancing students' self-esteem and stress management skills as well as strengthening the emotional support and relationship among them through organising various form-based activities and workshops for teachers and parents.
The project aims at raising junior form students' levels of resilience, stress management and social communication skills with application of primary and secondary intervention, and enhancing teachers' and parents' awareness on the mental well-being of their children.

The project aims at conducting an early identification exercise among junior-form students to deliver support to those who are less resilient to adversities, as well as delivering primary prevention and secondary intervention services. The deliverables of the project will be the learning and teaching materials, DVD and students' work.
