The project aims at raising students' levels of resilience through various school-wide and form-based activities, providing workshops for teachers and parents as well as identifying and providing support for those students with lower levels of resilience.
The project aims at enhancing students' positive ego, resilience and skills for coping with challenges, with a view to promoting their mental well-being. The project beneficiaries include 130 S2 and S4 students, 20 parents and 60 teachers. Two newsletters about the proposed project activities will be produced.

The project aims at conducting an early identification exercise among junior-form students to deliver support to those who are less resilient to adversities, as well as delivering primary prevention and secondary intervention services. The deliverables of the project will be the learning and teaching materials and teaching package.
