The project aims at strengthening students' resilience and emotional management skills, creating a caring and supportive school environment, as well as enhancing teachers' and parents' abilities in supporting the mental well-being of their children through organizing various universal preventive programmes, seminars/workshops for teachers and parents, as well as identifying and providing support for those students with lower level of resilience.

The project aims at enhancing students' positive ego, resilience and skills for coping with challenges, with a view to promoting their mental well-being. The project beneficiaries include 280 S2 and S4 students, 20 parents and 60 teachers. A leaflet about the project activities will be produced.
