The project aims at strengthening students' resilience and emotional management skills, creating a caring and supportive school environment, as well as enhancing teachers' and parents' abilities in supporting the mental well-being of their children through organizing various universal preventive programmes, seminars/workshops for teachers and parents, as well as identifying and providing support for those students with lower level of resilience.
The proposed project aims at promoting mental health awareness and anti-stigmatisation; enhancing teachers understanding towards positive psychology; enhancing parents' knowledge and skills in supporting children in distress, as well as positive communication strategies. The deliverables of the project will be the learning and teaching materials and teaching packages.

The project aims at enhancing students' positive ego, resilience and skills for coping with challenges, with a view to promoting their mental well-being. The project beneficiaries include 254 S1 to S6 students, 254 parents and 44 teachers. The project deliverables include students' work such as some microfilms, short films and drama.
The project aims at strengthening students' mental well-being through building positive atmosphere, and enhancing students' resilience towards challenges and adversity.
