promoting a hands-on approach to studying air quality in secondary schools of Hong Kong through establishing a bilingual web-based physical experimental platform for measuring NO2, O3, particulates and visibility (the most important pollutants causing air pollution problems in Hong Kong) for the use of 900-2,000 students of 6 to 10 seed schools and training 30-50 teachers to supervise the students in the project and 18-30 technicians to support the web-based platform
implementing life education in 4 kindergartens to help about 400 children develop positive life values through activities such as reading scheme, class discussion, workshop, community service and award scheme
