The project aims at identifying and supporting lower form secondary school students with low level of resilence with the use of questionnaire survey. It will provide general preventive measures for all students to enhance their mental health and ability to handle adversities in life. Teachers and parents will also be provided training about students' resilence and counselling skills.
The project aims at raising junior form students' levels of resilience and stress management skills, enhancing teachers' and parents' awareness on the mental well-being of their children through organizing various form-based activities and teacher and parent workshops, as well as identifying and providing support for those students with lower levels of resilience.
