The project aims at developing P1 to P3 students' interests and ability in reading English readers inside and outside the classroom through information technology and enhancing teachers' capability in facilitating mobile learning.
The project aims at developing about 80 kindergarten children's understanding of spoken language and text comprehension ability by implementing a reading programme in the applicant kindergarten which employs the “CROWD” and “PEER” reading strategies in the afternoon reading lessons. The learning and teaching resources developed is the deliverable of the project.
The project aims at developing about 40 kindergarten children's fine motor skills through enriching teachers' knowledge in designing appropriate fine motor exercises for young children and evaluating their motor development. A school-based curriculum for developing students' motor skills as well as the tool for evaluating children's development in this area will be developed in this project.
