The project aims at enhancing students' happiness index and positive attitude through establishing a healthy, inclusive and caring environment as well as relationships with each other.
The proposed project aims at promoting students mental health through the use of positive psychology to reduce stigmatization and enhancing students' engagement in the activities, as well as strengthening the connectedness among students, teachers and parents by encouraging a helping atmosphere. The deliverables of the project will be the learning and teaching materials and newsletter.
The project aims at strengthening students' resilience and enhancing teachers' and parents' abilities in supporting the mental well-being of their children through organizing various universal preventive activities, seminars/talks for parents, as well as identifying and providing support for those students with lower level of resilience.
