The project aims at enhancing kindergarten students' physical fitness and teachers' capacity in conducting physical activities through teacher training, parent-child activities, professional supports as well as refinement of the school-based curriculum in physical education. The deliverable includes the learning and teaching materials on physical education.
The project aims at enhancing students' ability in exploration, collaborative learning and problem solving through a robotics programme in STEM education.
The project aims at cultivating 106 P3 students' reading habits and catering for their learning diversity through engaging them in a guided reading programme with small-group instruction. A resource package will be developed during implementation of the project.
The project aims at nurturing students' positive values and attitudes and promoting environmental education through gardening activities. 738 P.1-P.6 students and their parents, K2-K3 students from at least 6 collaborating kindergartens and their parents as well as 30 teachers will be the beneficiaries of the project. Learning and teaching materials will be produced in the project.
The project aims at fostering the national sense and critical thinking skills of 1580 S1 to S3 students of the 10 collaborating schools through teacher training, trial lessons, local, mainland and oversea site visits or study trips, etc. The 12-module educational pack related to local history and culture will be the project's tangible outcome.
