The project aims at helping students strengthen their resilience and enhancing teachers' and parents' awareness on the mental well-being of their children through primary prevention and secondary intervention strategies as well as organising talks and workshops.
The project aims at enhancing students' positive ego, resilience and skills for coping with challenges, with a view to promoting their mental well-being. The project beneficiaries include 175 S2 students, 20 parents and 70 teachers. Two newsletters about the proposed project activities will be produced.
