The project aims at increasing students' engagement in promoting mental well-being through sharing, positive thinking and enjoyment of life through organising programmes in relation to mental health promotion and early identification of and intervention for at-risk students. The deliverables of the project will be the report of 「心靈創意日/營」.
The project aims at increasing the awareness and knowledge on mental health in school context through providing a Youth Mental Health First Aid course to teachers and students.
The project aims to enhance students' self-image and confidence, their ability to handle negative emotion and strengthen their self-management skills through sharing, positive thinking and enjoyment of life. Beneficiaries of the project include 700 students from Form One to Form Six and about 70 teaching staff.
The project aims at promoting mental well-being and positive school culture as well as strengthening the skills of students with special educational needs (SEN) to handle emotional and behavioural problems through diversified training programmes on mindfulness for students, teachers and parents. The deliverables of the project will be the learning and teaching package.
The proposed project aims at enhancing students' positive ego, appreciation of one's strengths and peer relationship, with a view to promoting students' mental well-being. A pamphlet will be produced in the project.
