The project aims at improving the school's administrative work and reducing teachers' workload by installing a smart card system with the functions of taking attendance and collecting fee payments, a door access control system and administrative management systems.
The project aims at enhancing the preventive anti-drug education in at least 30 secondary schools through the approach of a simulated community (模擬社會) and providing parents and teachers with relevant training, benefitting at least 6000 students, 1500 parents and 1500 teachers.

The project aims at introducing “ the role of China in International Conference” to the senior secondary students, and using “Model International Conference” as teaching and learning strategy to promote students' cognition of the state of China and widen their international horizon. Relevant activities would be organised to help students build up their Chinese identity and world citizen status. The project deliverables include teaching materials and DVD for teacher professional development and helping students to know more about the state of China and international trend. A website will also be developed to disseminate information and knowledge of the project
