The project aims at promoting positive thinking and enhancing students' mental health as well as teachers' and parents' awareness on the mental well-being of their children through organising learning activities and providing training.
The project aims at raising students' levels of resilience, and enhancing their awareness of their own emotions and skills to manage them through organizing various school-wide and form-based activities, workshops for teachers and parents, enhancing peer support networks, as well as identifying and providing support for students with lower levels of resilience.
The project aims at enhancing students' positive ego, resilience and skills for coping with challenges, with a view to promoting their mental well-being. The project beneficiaries include 90 S3 students, 15 parents and 70 teachers. A leaflet about the proposed project activities will be produced .
The project aims at raising junior form students' levels of resilience and stress management skills, enhancing teachers' and parents' awareness on the mental well-being of their children through organizing a student seminar, teacher and parent workshops, as well as identifying and providing support for those students with lower levels of resilience.
