The project aims at catering the learning diversity of about 380 S1 and S2 students through implementation of the 'Parallel Curriculum Model' (PCM) and 'Flipping Classroom' strategies in Junior Secondary Chinese History lessons. School-based learning and teaching resource materials developed for six to eight Chinese History lessons are the deliverables of the project.
The project aims at enhancing students' Chinese Language abilities and learning interests as well as promoting self-directed learning by developing school-based electronic learning materials and e-learning platform for P1 students.
The project aims to enhance the Cantonese pronunciation proficiency of 3,000 P.3 to P.6 students and 30 teachers from 10 primary schools through providing relevant training to teachers who will implement their school-based programmes to train up the participating students as “mini-teachers”. Learning and teaching resources with DVD will be produced as the project deliverable.
The project aims at enhancing the management and leadership skills of principals, vice-principals and senior teachers from 30 secondary schools through organizing a leadership training programme. An online knowledge management platform will be set up, a handbook on leadership and management skills will be developed, and a mutual support network among participants will be established.
The project aims at fostering students' interactive self-directed learning, enhancing their confidence and interest in learning Mathematics as well as catering for learning diversity through developing school-based Mathematics e-learning resources for junior secondary.
