The proposed project aims at promoting mental health awareness and anti-stigmatisation, enhancing teachers' and parents' understanding towards mental health awareness and enhancing parents' knowledge and skills in supporting children in distress as well as positive communication strategies.
The proposed project aims at promoting positivity and resilience among students of the collaborating school through setting up an online channel on life education and conducting various school-based activities to cater for the needs of the students.
The project aims at enhancing students' positive ego, resilience and skills for coping with challenges, with a view to promoting their mental well-being. The project beneficiaries include 300 S1 to S4 students, 100 parents and 50 teachers. A learning and teaching package and some learning and teaching materials will be produced.
