The project aims at enhancing students' creative and aesthetic development, enhancing teachers' knowledge and skills in devising creative arts activities and encouraging parental involvement in creative arts activities for children through introducing various chinese / western festivals with the use of oil and ink painting, providing training workshops for teachers and organising parent-child workshop. 78 students aged from 4 to 6, 15 teachers and 50 parents of the applicant school will benefit from the project. The tangible deliverable will be the collection of students' work.
The project aims at enhancing students' creative and aesthetic development and helping them develop communication skills with parents through organising interactive drama performance and drama training for students with the adoption of various theatre forms. About 12,000 secondary students from 30 secondary schools will directly benefit from the project. The tangible deliverables will be a VCD with the lesson plans and performances.
The project aims at enhancing students' biliterate and trilingual skills, national identity and creativity through the establishment of a campus TV station.
The project aims at enhancing students' biliterate and trilingual language ability and self-directed learning skills through the production and use of video learning clips.
The project aims at enhancing students' aesthetic development and their interests in Visual Arts, and at the meantime enhancing teachers' knowledge and skills in curriculum design through developing a school-based visual arts curriculum in collaboration with instructors and organisng afterschool art-making classes. About 650 P.1 to P.6 students and 6 teachers of the applicant school will directly benefit from the project. The tangible deliverable will be the learning and teaching materials developed and a DVD.
