The project aims at enhancing teachers to master the pedagogy of using e-learning in learning and teaching of English so as to strengthen the learning effectiveness of students by designing appropriate e-learning tools and materials for the school-based English curriculum.
The project aims at enhancing teachers' professional capacity in identifying students with emotional distress and suicide intention as well as providing support to these students for the prevention of suicide through organizing a training programme to about 200 secondary school teachers. The tangible deliverables will be 5 video clips to be used in the training workshops and a leaflet about students' emotional distress and suicide prevention.
The project aims at enhancing students' understanding on the development of Mainland China and their national identity among 36 Primary 5 students of the applicant school through a study trip in Shanghai and school-based activities. Students' project learning reports are the tangible deliverables of the project.
The project aims at enhancing students' understanding and appreciation of the heritage of local ceramic craftsmanship through organising seminars and ceramic workshops for students. About 3,600 S.3 to S.6 students from 10 secondary schools will directly benefit from the project. The tangible deliverable will be the documentation of interview on the website.
