The project aims at strengthening students' resilience and emotional management skills, creating a caring and supportive school environment, as well as enhancing teachers' and parents' abilities in supporting the mental well-being of their children through organizing various universal preventive programmes, seminars/workshops for teachers and parents, as well as identifying and providing support for those students with lower level of resilience.

Aims and objectives: The project aims at helping students build up their resilience to adversities through primary prevention and secondary support strategies. The project aims at enhancing students' positive ego, resilience and skills for coping with challenges, with a view to promoting their mental well-being. The project beneficiaries include 350 S1 and S4 students, 20 parents and 70 teachers. A leaflet about the project activities will be produced.
