The project aims at improving the physical and cognitive development of 480 K.1 to K.3 students of the applicant school through integrating sensory integration training into the school-based physical play curriculum and providing individual/ group training to students with special educational needs (SEN). The tangible deliverables will be the learning and teaching materials/kit to be produced.
The project aims at enhancing students' understanding on the development of Mainland China and their national identity among 700 S.1- S.6 students of the applicant school through a study trip around Northeast Province for 20 students and various school-based activities. The deliverables of the project include DVD, video clips, students' reports and board exhibition of the tour.
The project aims at enhancing students' awareness and sensitivity about the environment and environmental challenges by the extension of the school-based curriculum.
The projects aims at arousing students' interest in reading and cater for learners' diversity through reading printed books and doing post-reading online questions.
The project aims at enhancing students' understanding on the community and nurturing them with self-confidence and self-learning attitude through community services, teacher training and parent education. 126 children and 200 parents of the applicant kindergarten will benefit from the project. Learning and teaching resources as well as children's digital learning portfolio will be produced.
