The project aims at identifying more effective interventions for students with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) through using medical grade wearable devices.
The project aims at developing an online learning and knowledge management platform for the professional staff of 13 special schools under Hong Chi Association serving children with intellectual disability (ID) for facilitating basic curriculum exchange and management of knowledge, experiences and resources to further develop these schools as learning organizations and promotion, through a public channel on this platform, of knowledge sharing and transfer for betterment of the development of special school education.

The project aims at enhancing the knowledge & skills in effective distributed / multi-level leadership in 13 special schools under the sponsorship of Hong Chi Association through providing leadership and management training programme for 13 principals to improve their leading skills, for 20 vice principals and 70 middle managers to enhance their knowledge and skills in middle management, for 230 frontline teachers to enhance their concept of teacher leadership so that they can work in co-ordination with the school leaders. Deliverables include publishing the collection summarising the programme content and a manual introducing the “Portrait Methodology Approach”, conducting sharing workshops/briefing sessions and establishing a web teacher sharing platform of the action learning plans among the participating schools.
