Submit order form on QCRC

Add the selected items to the shopping cart. After confirming the quantity and completing the contact information, submit your order to the Secretariat.

Submit order form via email

After completing the order form, email the form to qef_dissemination@edb.gov.hk.

Send email or call the Secretariat for appointment

After completing the order form, email the form to qef_dissemination@edb.gov.hk. Make a pick-up appointment with the Secretariat by email or calling 2123 6052.

Email quotation by the Secretariat

The Secretariat will, within 10 working days upon receipt of the order form, confirm the order and provide a quotation including postage via email.

Pay by mailed cheque to confirm the order

Sign to confirm the quotation after checking, then mail the signed form along with your cheque to the Secretariat’s office.

The Secretariat will dispatch the deliverables and receipt by registered mail through Hongkong Post upon confirmation.

Visit the Secretariat to pay by cash

Make cash payment at the Secretariat’s office within the appointed time and collect the deliverables and receipt immediately.
